You'd be hard-pressed to find a more hard-working, bright & reliable kid then Billy here...

He excels at everything he does. From bussing, to food-running, to expo-ing, Billy is an all-around rockstar. He's funny, witty, smart and super easy to talk to. Really good at problem solving & thinking on the fly, Billy is an absolute asset to The West End team and we are beyond thankful to have him!

When he's not @ The West End, you can usually find Billy listening to music, gaming or video-editing/video-creation. Fun fact: He's been dancing and playing football for 13 years!

It's absolutely impossible to be in a bad mood when you're hanging with or around Dan. Always laughing, always smiling, somehow always knowing ever lyric to every song that comes on @ The West End.... 

But in all seriousness, Dan has a huge heart. He cares about his co-workers and anyone who walks in our door. He is one of our core bartenders but helps out and fills in wherever we need him. He's authentic, dependable, and this place would be MUCH different without him.

When he's not behind the bar, you can usually find Dan spending time with his nieces & nephews, filling his role as the 'Funcle,' binging shows like 'Criminal Minds' & 'Chicago PD,' or making one of his regular appearances dancing on TikTok.
